Ustedes querrán  saber cómo hago yo para estar así todo el tiempo, vale no lo voy a negar un 70% es la genética pero después hay que hacerse un mantenimiento diario y  otros más profundos, semanalmente.

Es que estar divina no es fácil, lo primero es la actitud, siempre positiva  a eso agrégale una mirada come hombre ahí ya tienes  la postura ganadora.

Después de levantarme bien temprano por la mañana, salgo a trotar más o menos 40 minutos, al llegar a casa me ducho,  aplico el gel de limpieza el tónico y por último la hidratante,dos veces por semana me exfolio la piel para sacar impurezas y puntos negros y otras dos me coloco la mascarilla hidratante , voy tres veces al gimnasio haciendo gym boxing, una  vez por semana a la depiladora, que me lo saca todo. Lo que duele la belleza!!.

Y por supuesto el chándal solo para correr o el gym, me parece una dejadez total las mujeres que desde que se acuestan hasta que se levantan viven en chándal y como dice la Beckham sin mis tacones no puedo pensar” ni yo tampoco por eso no me bajo de los 10 cm, de tacón me explico, para otras cosas 10 cm no me alcanza, jajaja! .besos
