Primeramente, hay que aclarar cuando una conducta sexual se vuelve un trastorno, segun para que esto suceda debe cumplir con lo siguiente:

1º  Provocar un daño a otras personas

2º  Provoca que el individuo experimente persistente o recurrente deterioro en areas importantes para su funcionamiento.

Así como tengo, amantes de los zapatos y de los pies quienes me visitan a diario, y charlamos y es un denominador común correrse viendome con las botas o zapatos de tacón, mientras hablamos de sexo. pero que es un “fetiche” …es una tendencia hacia un objeto el cual te provoca una excitacion erotica o te facilita el orgasmo, ahora bien un fetiche se puede considerar un trastorno sexual si cumple con alguna de las caracteristicas que puse alla arriba, y los objetos fabricados especificamente para la actividad sexual (dildos,balas, consoladores, etc) no son considerados un fetiche….Un fetiche se puede usar durante el estímulo o mientras tienes sexo con tu pareja y ella o él portan el objeto ese que te calienta. algunos pensaran , bueno y que tiene de malo eso de los fetiches? En realidad el unico “pero” es que una persona fetichista necesita de ese objeto para excitarse y le causa mas exitacion el objeto que la pareja o el acto sexual en si.

Por cierto el fetiche o atraccion por los pies, manos o alguna parte especifica del cuerpo pss actualmente ya no se le llama fetiche como tal, sino parcialismo.
